4.2 Wagering Requirement
To withdraw bonus winnings, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. The calculation applies to the bonus amount only — not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
- If fraudulent tactics are detected in the use of a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

- Attempting to earn bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

Tiers are advanced through regular gameplay, and weekly cashback benefits increase with each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.7% at Gold, 1.0% at Platinum, and 1.2% at Diamond.
